Terms of Service

1. Who may use the Service

You must be 18 or older to use the Service. By accessing it, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement and can legally agree to these Terms. The Service is unavailable wherever applicable law prohibits its use.

2. Creating an account

Full access requires an account containing accurate, current and complete details. You are responsible for protecting your login information and for everything done through your account. If you believe access has been compromised, notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide misleading information or participate in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

3. The Service: scope and constraints

Syntex AI offers AI-assisted market analysis, trading signals and, where enabled, automated order execution through linked broker accounts. The Service is supplied for information and analysis only.

• Syntex AI does not take possession of, store or administer your funds. Your capital remains in your own brokerage or exchange account.
• We connect with your broker using API keys restricted to reading and execution. Those keys cannot withdraw money.
• Historical results from a strategy or signal do not predict how it will perform in future.
• Trading carries the possibility of loss, including losing the capital invested.

4. No investment advice

Nothing available on the platform Syntex AI should be understood as financial, investment, trading or other professional advice. AI signals and analytical material are informational only. Consider speaking with an appropriately qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions. Syntex AI is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner.

5. Fees and payments

Certain Service functions are available only with a paid subscription. Charges appear on the pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. Fees exclude any applicable taxes, which you must pay. Subscriptions are charged in advance monthly or yearly. At our discretion, new subscribers may receive a refund within 14 days of the first charge.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service unlawfully or breach any applicable legislation.
• Decompile, disassemble or attempt to obtain the platform source code.
• Scrape, crawl or collect Service data using automated tools.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially use any part of the Service without written permission in advance.
• Disrupt the Service, its integrity, performance or supporting infrastructure.
• Carry out market manipulation, front-running or other conduct contrary to financial regulation.

7. Intellectual property

All material, software, algorithms, trademarks and trade secrets included in or supplied through the Service belong exclusively to Syntex AI or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership or other rights in that material. Our marks and logos may not be used without written permission in advance.

8. Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS MADE AVAILABLE "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Syntex AI WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS, OR THAT IT WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL ELEMENTS.

9. Limits on liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Syntex AI SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, RESULTING FROM OR CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN WHERE THE POSSIBILITY WAS DISCLOSED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE SUM YOU PAID TO Syntex AI DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to compensate, defend and protect Syntex AI and its directors, officers, staff and representatives against claims, liabilities, losses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.

11. Ending these Terms

You may close your account through its settings or by contacting [email protected]. We may end or suspend access immediately following a breach. When access ends, your right to use the Service stops and account information may be removed in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and resolving disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes must first be referred to binding arbitration in London under American Arbitration Association rules. People in the EU or UK may also raise complaints with their applicable local courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. Material amendments will receive at least 14 days’ notice by email or a Platform banner. Using the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
